How to setup:

1. Get the pin from of one our reseller.
2. Download the PC to Phone Dialer and install it on your computer.
3. Connect a headset to your computer, or use speakers and a microphone.
4. Open the application, and login with your User ID and Password (obtained the User ID and Password from reseller).
    

How to make Calls:

1. After downloading the pc to phone dialer, open the PC to Phone Dialer
    
2. Enter the numbers you wish to dial by clicking over the specific numbers
   
   (don't forget the country code + area code + Destination number)
   
   Example: Call to USA - 16504722313
   
    

How does our cheap phone calls system work?

INTACTVOIP uses callback technology to give you low-cost telephone calls.

· You tell us what telephone number you are calling from.
· You tell us what telephone number you want to call.
· We dial both (you first) and connect the two.

Unlike VoIP, we use standard (PSTN) telephone lines to route your call. This gives you a better quality call. It also means you use your telephone to talk, not a headset or a microphone.

You can make calls from any phone, including your mobile, anywhere in the world. You do not need to be at your PC to make a call.

The service is prepaid. You credit your account, which is then debited when you make a call. You do not receive a bill from us. Your provider will NOT charge you for using our service.

Remember, we call you so it is in an inbound call to you, like receiving a call from a friend.

Roaming charges
If you are using our service to call a mobile you may receive extra charges from your phone provider if you are using it abroad.

Personal callback

Personal callback is the solution for anyone who does not receive a callback when they initiate a call using phone callback.

By registering for personal callback, we will allocate you your own personal unique callback number. Every time you dial this number, INTACTVOIP will call you back on a number you specify in advance, so you can make your call from any phone of your choice.

This is useful if you are using phone callback from a phone where the caller ID is blocked. This may be a payphone or a hotel room phone. In some countries, local providers block all caller IDs from landlines. INTACTVOIP can not control a block on your phone, but we can help.

If your caller ID is blocked, we can not see what number to call you back on. When you initiate a phone callback call you will not receive a call.

Personal callback solves that problem. As your personal callback number is unique to you, we always know its you when that number is called. And we always know where to call you back so you can make your call.


You make the call by dialing an individual callback number.

· We will allocate you a number for your individual account which you will dial for free.
· Hang up immediately (the call does not connect so you will not hear anything).
· Your phone will ring. Answer it.
· When prompted, enter the number you want to call.
· The number you are calling will then ring in the usual way.

You may be asked to enter your account number if our system doesn't recognize the telephone number you are calling from. It will recognize the telephone number you are calling from if that number is registered as one of your usual numbers on your account.

Roaming Charges

Please remember that if you are using our service from a mobile in a country other than that where your mobile is registered, you may incur roaming charges. This is when your mobile provider charges you to receive calls.

Remember, INTACTVOIP calls you. You receive an inbound call.

INTACTVOIP has no control over your roaming charges. These are NOT INTACTVOIP charges.

Please speak to your mobile provider for information on your roaming charges to receive calls when using your mobile abroad.
