If your eyebeam dialer runs on a computer with a private IP address on a private LAN connected through a non-symmetrical NAT/Firewall, then go to the Setting on your eyebeam and enter the following:

[x] Enable this SIP account
• Display Name: Your VoIP User SIP# (xxxx) <=== Your CID or user name

• Username: Your VoIP user account name

• Password: Your VoIP user Password at the time of sign-up.

• Authorization user name: Same as Username
• Domain: 64.71.14-.82:5060 (If port 5060 is not working then use 5040/5080/9000/4000
