Callshop module consists of two
parts: server, which is built in VoipSwitch's platform and software that works
with Windows operating system, and is to be installed in a callshop. After
launching this application and logging into VoipSwitch (password and login are
required) it allows controlling, in the real time, the calls made by clients.
Clients can make phone calls either from IPPhones (both SIP and h323), SOHO
gateways, or PC2phone clients.
Callshop software gives real time information on connection status, the
telephone number, time of the connection and its cost. After having finished the
call (all several calls) the information on the amount that the client has to
pay is displayed.
In addition, the software gives information on the history of connections,
compilation of sales figures for a particular client or for the particular
amount of time.
Very significant feature of the software is its transparent way of presenting
data on the calls performed. Each of the terminals (e.g. IPPhone) is presented
in a graphic form of a square, in which its current status and other useful
information are displayed.
Particular callshop accounts are added in VPConfig (VoipSwitch.s management
platform). Afterwards, to those callshops, IPPhone accounts, gateways
(GK/Registrar clients) accounts, or PC2phone clients. accounts are assigned. For
each of the callshop account different tariffs and the highest amounts that the
calls can be made for can be
assigned.
Managing callshop accounts can also be executed from the Reseller module
(accessed through the website)
In the VoipSwitch platform Callshop applications that are currently logged in
are shown in the graphic form in the proper window.
